Custom-made items may be returned for a refund unless defective or damaged.

Personalized items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged.

Return Process:

Once approved, we will send a return shipping label, then return the item securely back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees, unless otherwise stated.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, if not we will contact you to secure a better method of return payment.
